1. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember you and to preserve your preferences.
2. Which Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for session security and for validating form submissions. The site does not work correctly without them and they cannot be switched off.
Preference cookies
These store choices that make your visit easier, such as remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice.
Statistics cookies
These help us understand how the pages are used. They are used only to produce aggregated, anonymous statistics.
Marketing cookies
Where services such as Google Analytics and Google Ads are enabled, these may be used to measure advertising performance.
3. How to Manage Cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some functions — form submission among them — may stop working.
4. Browser Storage (DWC Assistant)
The DWC Assistant window keeps your chat history, and a random session identifier used to tell one conversation from another, in your browser session storage. This is not a cookie, it is not sent to the server on its own, and it is cleared when you close the tab. Our Privacy Policy explains how the questions you type into the assistant are recorded.
5. Third-Party Services
An embedded map may be displayed via Google Maps; that service may set its own cookies and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
6. Contact
If you have any questions about our cookie policy, please write to teknik@dvcelekronik.com.tr.
7. Language of This Notice
This English text is provided for information. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this notice prevails.
