Tracking Systems

In large indoor environments such as hospitals, factories, warehouses and campuses, knowing where staff, visitors and valuable equipment are is the foundation of operational efficiency. Our RFID tracking systems are built around a zone-based, point-based or battery-free passive tag architecture depending on your requirement, and report unauthorised entry into restricted areas the moment it happens.

Advantages

Why This System?

Unauthorised Access Prevented

The system raises an alarm the instant a person or asset enters an area they are not cleared for.

No More Lost Assets

The location of mobile equipment such as wheelchairs and infusion pumps is known at all times.

Battery-Free Passive Tags

Long-life RFID tags with no maintenance cost, suitable for tracking large inventories.

Investment in Stages

The number of antennas, readers and tracking points can be increased over time as your needs grow.

Frequently Asked

Answers to Your Questions

What is the difference between active and passive tracking?

Active tags contain a battery, transmit their own signal and provide continuous location data. Passive tags have no battery and are read only when they pass within range of a reader antenna, which makes them ideal for tracking at defined passage points.

What level of accuracy is achieved?

Zone-based solutions give accuracy at room or zone level; point-based solutions give accuracy at the level of the individual passage point.
