2. What Data We Collect

Through our contact form we collect only the information you send us: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. For security and abuse prevention, your IP address and browser details are also recorded at the point of submission.

For visit statistics we retain non-personal data such as the page address, the referring address and the device type. These records hold nothing that would identify an individual visitor.

The questions you type into the DWC Assistant window on this site are recorded, together with a record of the answer given (which page the question was matched to, and whether it could be answered), the language of the question, the date, your IP address and your browser details. The assistant does not connect to any external artificial-intelligence service, so your questions are not sent to a third party. Please do not type identification numbers, health information or similar sensitive details into the assistant; use the contact form or the telephone for that.

Artificial-intelligence support: An artificial-intelligence service is used to produce the assistant's answers. Your question and the relevant page text from our site are therefore transmitted to the servers of OpenRouter, Inc. for the purpose of generating a reply, which constitutes a transfer of data abroad. Please do not type identification numbers, health information or similar sensitive details into the assistant. When we switch this support off, questions are processed on our own server only and this paragraph disappears from the text.

To assess your enquiry and provide you with a quotation or technical support
To carry out pre-contractual and post-contractual processes
To improve the performance of the site and the quality of its content
To see which questions the DWC Assistant could not answer, and improve it
To meet our legal obligations

4. Who We Share It With

Your personal data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared only with the competent public authorities where the law requires it, and with our suppliers who are themselves bound by confidentiality obligations (hosting and email) as part of the services we procure.

5. How Long We Keep It

Form records are retained for a maximum of three years from the conclusion of the enquiry. Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 90 days. Assistant conversation records are retained for at most 90 days and are then deleted automatically.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to request its correction or erasure, to object to its processing and to data portability. You may send your requests to teknik@dvcelekronik.com.tr.

7. Embedded Content

Our site may include content embedded from other sites, such as maps. Such content behaves as though you had visited that site directly and is subject to its own privacy policy.
