2. Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact data: name, organisation, email address, telephone number.
Transaction security data: IP address, browser details, time of submission.
Content of the enquiry: the message text you send us.
Assistant conversation records: the questions you type into the DWC Assistant and a record of the answer given.

3. Purposes of Processing

Receiving and resolving enquiries and complaints
Preparing quotations and carrying out contractual processes
Providing after-sales technical support
Operating our information security processes
Measuring and improving the answer quality of the DWC Assistant

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the bases set out in KVKK Article 5/2(c) — being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; Article 5/2(ç) — compliance with a legal obligation; and Article 5/2(f) — legitimate interest. In all other cases, processing takes place on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and email service providers, strictly limited to the purposes set out above, and to the competent public authorities where the law requires it. No data is transferred abroad.

Artificial-intelligence support: An artificial-intelligence service is used to produce the assistant's answers. Your question and the relevant page text from our site are therefore transmitted to the servers of OpenRouter, Inc. for the purpose of generating a reply, which constitutes a transfer of data abroad. Please do not type identification numbers, health information or similar sensitive details into the assistant. When we switch this support off, questions are processed on our own server only and this paragraph disappears from the text.

6. Retention Period

Data is retained for the limitation periods prescribed by the applicable legislation, running from the point at which the purpose of processing ceases to apply. At the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

To learn whether their personal data is being processed
To request information about it if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom it has been transferred
To request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate
To request its erasure or destruction
To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to those to whom the data was transferred
To object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis by automated systems
To claim compensation where they suffer loss as a result of unlawful processing
