How long does installation take?
Installation time depends on the product family you choose. Wireless systems are usually commissioned within the same day, while wired and IP systems take between one and five working days.
Do you provide technical support for all of your systems?
Yes. Our technical team is available before installation, after installation and throughout day-to-day use, by telephone and on site.
How long is the warranty?
Every product we supply carries a two-year manufacturer warranty. On request we also arrange long-term maintenance and support agreements for the period after the warranty expires.
Can the system be expanded later on?
Yes. All of our systems are modular. New rooms, beds, call points or counters can be added without disturbing the installed infrastructure.
Are wireless systems secure and reliable?
They are. Our wireless systems work on a licence-free band with encrypted communication, and each unit reports its own battery and signal status to the central panel, so a fault is noticed before it becomes a problem.
Can you integrate with our existing hospital or building automation?
Yes. Our systems have an open architecture and are designed to exchange data with hospital information systems and building management platforms.
Do you carry out a site survey before quoting?
We do, and it is free of charge. We assess the facility on site and then provide a written recommendation comparing the IP, wired and wireless options on cost and benefit.
How do I request a quotation?
